Selection guide
Mecanum wheels are selected when a platform needs controlled movement in forward, sideways and diagonal directions without a conventional steering axle.
Start with load per wheel, floor condition, wheel diameter, roller material and the mounting interface. For four-wheel platforms, left and right wheel orientation must also be matched correctly.

Yes. Four-wheel mecanum platforms normally require matched left and right wheels so the roller angles create the intended movement.
Bore, hub interface, mounting pattern and some roller or material options can be reviewed when standard products do not fit the platform.
